Overview

Effective as of 1 January 2025, these terms govern the use of services and purchases offered by BalanzionPro, Modern Accounting Balance - Domain BalanzionPro.com.

Scope

These terms apply to all services, digital products and physical items provided by BalanzionPro.

Services

BalanzionPro offers professional accounting and reporting support sessions scheduled by agreement. All booking confirmations will detail the scope, duration and scheduling of each session.

Clients may reschedule a booked session up to 3 business days before the scheduled date. If a session is cancelled less than 3 business days in advance, no reimbursement will be issued due to preparatory work already undertaken.

Digital Products

Digital items include downloadable templates, guides and interactive courses. Access details are sent upon purchase. Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred.

After access is granted, all sales are final due to the immediate availability of content.

Physical Goods

Physical items include print materials and branded merchandise. Clients have 30 calendar days from delivery to send goods back in original condition for a reimbursement. Shipping costs may be borne by the client unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Reimbursement Policy

Requests for reimbursements must be submitted via the contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

For services, approved reimbursements will be issued by bank transfer or credit reversal. For digital products, approved reimbursements will be issued by reversal of the original debit. For physical goods, reimbursements for the cost of the item will be processed after receipt and inspection of goods that have been sent back.

If a service explicitly states that no reimbursement is available due to preparatory effort and scheduling constraints, that condition will be communicated at the time of booking and subsequent requests will not be accepted.
